How Can I Stick to My New Year's Resolution?

I can never stick to my new years resolution. Should I make one anyways?

You have to start from somewhere.  Consider it a challenge.  If in the past you have fallen, make sure this year you try to stay with your resolution plan.

One idea would be to make a reasonable resolution, and one you can stick with.  We, at DKWS, do the wellness evaluation that helps the clients to recognize and pin down their issue(s) in a practical way.

This really helps as one can really see the ongoing issues, pick one or two items that need attention,  start working on them seriously, start getting the benefits while maintaining day to day life activities.

Think about this more as to how much time you have that can be given to everyday for your wellbeing.  Your wellbeing is the driving force for anything you do in life.

My New Year Resolution is to Slim Down

Great! It is possible to get slimmer the day you decide that you want to.  Be sure to study yourself the details of how body works.

What do you prefer? What works best for you? What are your weak spots, and how can you avoid over-indulgence? How often are you working out? What types of exercise do you like best?

Products
Everyone always asks if there are products that can help with weight loss. The truth is that one of our most popular products is the bowel cleanse. This helps support intestinal health, rebuilds digestive flora, cleanses the blood and lymph, and boosts defense mechanisms.

You can buy the product here.

Other ideas?
If you want to know the way to get there, we are always available to help you at www.drkaurs.com.  You can set up a wellness evaluation and go over your issues that prohibit you from being slim.  Understand the issues well, work on the game plan and boom!

Be ready for the pleasant surprise.  Education first and then implementation is the key to success.

At DKWS we believe in education, determination and success. After all, our success is your success.
