Finding happiness
Happiness is what we all want and sometimes think that it is so difficult. We work hard all our life in so many ways to find happiness but it is not always that we find it. Since happiness is a state of being and not a thing to acquire, we need to be in that state to feel it. We know as a fact that when we feel happy there are not too many thoughts in our minds, not too much commotion in our minds and we just enjoy that moment. It boils down to simplicity at that moment. This simplicity is the key to happiness. The simpler we are and lesser commotion we have, easier it is to be happy.
Direction
Worrying does not help although mind likes this wasted activity a lot. Winning over mind and getting into thoughtful useful actions in acceptance is a good direction

How Can I Stick to My New Year's Resolution?
I can never stick to my new years resolution. Should I make one anyways?
You have to start from somewhere. Consider it a challenge. If in the past you have fallen, make sure this year you try to stay with your resolution plan.
One idea would be to make a reasonable resolution, and one you can stick with. We, at DKWS, do the wellness evaluation that helps the clients to recognize and pin down their issue(s) in a practical way.
This really helps as one can really see the ongoing issues, pick one or two items that need attention, start working on them seriously, start getting the benefits while maintaining day to day life activities.
Think about this more as to how much time you have that can be given to everyday for your wellbeing. Your wellbeing is the driving force for anything you do in life.
