Forgiveness and happiness

The act of forgiveness elevates level of awareness in

everyone involved. The person who forgives feels better 

because of release of pain after being hurt and the person 

forgiven feels better because of acceptance again after 

causing the hurt.

Both parties feel lighter and better leading to happiness.....
