There are many dimensions that can be addressed for the mood. Our moods are very dependent on the environment we are in. Let us consider this dimension in this post.
Sometimes we like the environment and sometimes we don’t. When things do not happen the way we want, we are unhappy. When we are unhappy, we get angry. When we are angry our body works in a different way and starts producing hormones to cope up with the stress it is going through.
On the other hand, when the environment is to our liking, we feel happy and our body also enjoys that. We need to realize that controlling the environment completely is not within our reach. Sometimes when you think there are so many complications within yourself and you are confused as to what should be done.
If there are two people, the problem is a little bigger and if more people are involved, it gets even bigger. So realization of the fact that you need to adjust with the environment is helpful in controlling the moods. It would then be not only controlling but better understanding that will improve everything.
