Our bodies really tell us a lot of things but we are too busy in other day to day busy activities and completely ignore what it is saying and when it is saying.
When we say that ‘I don’t feel good’ – the body is conveying a lot of messages that we should be hearing. For example, I am getting tired easily – you're not getting enough supplementation! I am getting unwanted reactions – not enough detoxification! I am coming down with cold and flu a lot more – immunity is getting weaker!
When we ignore these messages from the body and pay more attention to merely looking good for any occasion, we are taking a lot of chances with ourselves. Remember, when the body is only looking good from the outside but the driving force of the body is not feeling good, sooner or later it will bring the body to a halt – may be a complete halt so it’s voice can be heard and then it may be too late.
Listen to your body and act promptly for your own good.
