Unprompted Anxiety

Stress is an important topic at DKWS, and oftentimes we see clients who become stressed even when it is not prompted! 




When the body is under stress for a long period of time, the mental facility of body becomes exhausted. Due to continuous stress and your body working to reduce the stress, the entire body chemistry changes leading to alterations in enzyme chemistry.  This is caused from changes in hormone production in the body to cope up with the stress.  

After the body tries to handle the stress for a long time, your body will reach a brink where it cannot handle it any longer and the symptoms start to show on the body as anxiety.  

Providing right nourishment to the body, working with the environmental conditions, relaxing the body by proper sleep and other physical activities, detoxification and cleansing, and hydration are some of the key actions to reduce anxiety.  

One thing that I suggest is a wellness evaluation, as it puts everything on the proper perspective with a game plan to follow. These have proven to be extremely beneficial for clients.
