Stress from Work

We need to work to survive, but often times it causes excess stress in our lives.  When a few people get together at work place, things happen without even asking for them.  It is workplace but the workers are people.  These people have minds that comes with them.  



Now, the question becomes what state of mind they are in?  If they are happy, less tension and less stress.  If something has happened prior, they will walk in disturbed and create stress to others. You can only give to others what you have. 

 Plus, there is mechanical part of work stress that is just there - do too much in less time and feel behind all the time.

One of the remedies for stress is to evaluate the situation well and see what is acceptable to you.  Once you decide how far you can go, your mind and body feel peaceful because you have evaluated the situation.  You know at that time how you will act when you feel it is too much.  Second you can support your mind by taking some products that provide relief.
